St Marylebone Licensing Sessions
Licenses of four houses referred to the Compensation authority:
Bedford rms, Blandford street, substantial in structure and well kept. There were 35 licensed houses within a quarter of a mile radius. The locality was mainly residential. With a few years the trade had increased by 50 percent. In December last there were extensive alterations approved by the Justices which cost £400.
After consultation, the Bench decided to refer the four houses.
