We are not a society, but a random group of people with similar interests in mapping the usage of old buildings, public houses, taverns, hotels and Inns through time. The address is also listed as 36 King Street in the 1871 census, and as 36 & 37 King Street in 1881. By 1934 the address has become 37 Wickford Street, due to street renaming. The pub is named in the 1891 census. *
