Also by the same Magistrate, Susan the wife of the above Robert Woods for having upon the 16th day of January last, stolen a silver table spoon the property of Wm Self of the White Hart Inn Saxmundham. *

The Suffolk Chronicle; or Weekly General Advertiser & County Express. 04 July 1835 page 2 Col F :
Robert Brown was found guilty of stealing three brass candlesticks, the property of James Whitehouse of Saxmundham. 6 months in Ipswich gaol to hard labour and the last fortnight to solitary confinement. *

The Ipswich Journal 07 July 1838 page 3 Col E :
Larceny at Saxmundham. John Page 38 was charged with having stolen a sheet, the property of Mr James Whitehouse of the White Hart Inn Saxmundham. The prisoner came to the White Hart on Saturday evening the 14th April. and lodged there all night; on the following morning he decamped with the sheet. The robbery was discovered ten minutes aft the prisoner left by the wife of the prosecutor, who examined the room. He was taken at Benhall, by King, the constable with the sheet in his possession, when he alleged that he purloined the article owing to want of employment. Guilty: one month's imprisonment and hard labour; first and last weeks solitary. *

The Suffolk Chronicle; or Weekly General Advertiser & County Express. 07 July 1838 page 3 Col C :
Larceny at Saxmundham. John Page (38) was indicted for stealing on Saturday April 14 a sheet from the White Hart Inn Saxmundham the property of Mr James Whitehouse, Innkeeper. On the above day the prisoner went to the prosecutor's and asked for lodgings with which he was accommodated; But left the next morning early carrying away with him the sheet in which he had slept. Guilty: One month's imprisonment in Ipswich Gaol; the first and last week solitary. *
