August 1857/Freehold Inn, or Public House, at Dearham, in the County of Cumberland, for sale.
To be Sold by Auction at the House of Mr Isaac Cragg, the sign of the Sun, in Dearham aforesaid, on Friday the 14th Day of August, last at Seven o'Clock in the Evening.
All that well accustomed Inn , or Public House called the Sun, with the Stable and Yard attached thereto, and now in the occupation of the said Isaac Cragg. *
