Formerly at 63 North Street. This pub was established in around 1850 and rebuilt in its present form on the opposite side of the street in 1955. ** This pub was since rebuilt on a new site opposite, listed as London Road. The address is listed as 59 North Street until 1902. * The picture of the white Horse in 1929 is listed as Barking road, corner, Plaistow. The 1929 directory lists Henry James Hills, a cycle agent & dealer at 61 North street on the opposite corner.

street directory in 1832. This is unique, plus
images of the 1842 Robsons directory which confirm earlier entries and also
