Leytonstone pub history index
This pub was present by 1872 and was largely re-built in its present form in 1929. It remained a beer-only retailer until 1927 when a beer and wine licence was obtained, a full licence eventually being obtained in 1957. The pub closed in 1964. The premises are now in use as a carpet shop. **
