Redbourn pub history index
This pub was established as the Lamb in around 1785, becoming the Lion & Lamb by about 1816 and the Railway Inn
before 1900. [It is listed twice on the website, under
Lion & Lamb and under Railway Inn – being the same place].
The pub closed in the late 1960s and is now in mixed residential/retail use. **

Railway Inn, 16 High Street, Redbourn - in January 2009; The pub was the second building from the corner (obscured by the parked car) - it may also have extended into the corner building, but I am not sure of this.
