Many accurate 1921 census transcriptions have already been added to the pub history site, including London, and parts of Middlesex. If you can contribute to the site, send me some details to Kevan, along with some description of the specific property.

My grandmother, Maude Brooker, was born Jan 28, 1899 at The Alma, Galley
Hill, Swanscombe. Her fathers name was "Walter Charles Brooker", and her
Mother's name was Mary Ann Brooker - the certificate lists father's
occupation as Beerhouse Keeper. By 1901, the family is now running the
Plough, Stonebridge Road,
Northfleet, rather than his father in 1891. ***
Charles Brooker, the father of Walter Charles is at the
Plough in 1891, the
Hope, Creek in 1881, and at the
Rose, Wood Street in 1871 ***
