Tobe Let a Liquor shop, &c free from incumbence, and at a moderate rent, situated in a trafficing populous thoroughfare street as any in London with not only a good retail trade, but possessed of a good set of family and other customers. The present possessor having engaged in another concern, is the reason for leaving. Immediate possession may be had on reasonable terms - Enquire at the Black Horse, the corner of Butcher row, East Smithfield (not the house).
