My parents (licensee Sydney Leonard Jackson) ran it in 1957-1960 when it was owned by Courage and Barclay.
The b & w picture was taken for a business cards which they produced at the time. I revisited the area about 10 years later to find that it had been
demolished. He was later the licensee at the Victory, Little Walden Road, Saffron Walden. **
