Frederick William Flack is connected to the Lord Raglan, 19 St Anns Rd, Burdett Road Bow (Mile End); Although i do not know whether he was the publican. I have postcard dated 24th Sept 1910 with the above address, from my grandmother to her cousin Frederick Flack's daughter.
At the same time (1901) his mother & siblings ran an off licence for beer and wine -Naylor's Stores at 36 Naylor Road Peckham that was leased from Style & Winch Ltd - the Maidstone brewers. ***
