In consideration of your surrendering to us the lease of "The Royal George,"
New Street, Kennington, Surrey together with the Tenants and trade fixtures
and fittings also the loose effects upon the premises and giving up
possession to our nominee and doing all necessary acts and things for
obtaining protection and transferring the licence into his name we agree to
forego our claim for rent, goods supplied to this date and the principal and
interest due under the Mortgage and to Release you by deed therefrom and on
the transfer of the License into the name of our nominee to hand you the sum
of Two hundred pounds.
