At 88 New Crane up until 1856; then at 61 New Gravel Lane by 1869; this address finally changes between 1938 and 1944 to 61 Garnet Street, Wapping. The pub was built in 1880 and closed in 1986. It is now in use as an off-licence (2006). ** Now an organic and 'bio-dynamic' wine bar and retailer called Victualler, this pub's address is now 69 Garnet Street (2014). **+

We have many photos of Ben HARRIS and Ethel's daughter can't remember much about him due to her being very young, but he is connected to us in some way. *
