Jolly Butchers, 261 Old Street, Shoreditch EC1

In the 1813 list of Masonic Lodges, the Three Jolly Butchers at Old Street road is named as the meeting place for the Lodge of Freedom and Ease in 1755. This pub was until 1815 at least, named the Three Jolly Butchers. **
Known as the Three Jolly Butchers in 1841 and earlier, before being renamed as the New Tariff. It returned to the name Jolly Butchers around 1869. The address is 44 Old Street Road in 1869 earlier (also sometimes given as 42 Old Street Road and 43 Old Street Road), prior to street renaming. *
