The 1921 census at 74 Commercial street, the Queens Head are
Lewis Levy, Licensed Victualler, aged 33 years 10 months and born in London
Julia Levy, Wife, aged 38 years 6 months and born in London
David Levy, Son, aged 6 years 10 months and born in London
Louis Levy, Son, aged 1 year 8 months and born in London
Charles Levy, Son, aged 2 and a half months and born in London
Rose Levy, Niece, aged 13 years 10 months and born in London

The last date I have for the pub is 1926 when it was acquired by the Hoare & Co. Brewery of Lower East Smithfield (a brewery which was later absorbed into Charrington’s). I think it is possible that the tiled signage could date from 1926 – it looks to me to be in the fairly plain style used by Hoare’s. **
