My great grandparents Sidney Benjamin and Emily Susan Wakeford, are
living in Teddington in 1901; and he is listed as a retired cook, however I
have found a an entry on the National Probate Calender that says:
WAKEFORD Sidney Benjamin of the "Coach and Horses" Avery-row, Bond-street,
licensed victualler died 16 February 1903 Administration London 26 March to
Emily Susan widow Effects £997.
This would give an end date to his service there but unfortunately not a
beginning. His time there must have been very short as he died so young.
Another entry says "WAKEFORD Emily Susan of the "Coach and Horses",
Avery-Row, Bond-Street Middlesex widow died 20 August 1906 Administration
London 17 September to Mabel Margaret Wakeford spinster Effects £4075 16s. ***
