1966/Bernard V M Somerset, Perseverance, 20 Netley Street NW1/../../Licensed Victuallers Association
My parents managed the Perseverance before it’s closure in 1970, as it was
demolished for the expansion of Netley street Primary school. I am pretty
certain they managed it for the last 3 years, as it was run by the then Bass
Charrington. We left when I was very young, but I still have memories of the
place which was 50 years ago now! So the last managers were Mr Charles
Seaman and Mrs May Seaman for Bass Charrington. **
