Hosier Lane is at the junction with King Street, and the picture below is at 7 King Street. The address is at 2 Hosier Lane in all the early recods, and appears to have been a grocers in 1856. The address is later at 1 Hosier Lane following street renumbering. The alternative address becomes 7 Smithfield Street by 1944 following the renaming of King Street. *
