Situated at the junction with Ashbourne Grove, north side. Rebuilt in 1924 and known as O'Neill's at The Manor Tavern by around 2006; later owned by Gordon Ramsay. Known later as the Devonshire Arms and closed in 2012. Demolished in mid-2014, to be replaced with housing.*
